Projects and Scope
All work is developed individually based on the agreed concept and scope. Any additional changes or extensions may result in additional costs.
Pricing
Pricing depends on scope, complexity, and context. All prices are communicated in advance.
Payment
For commissioned work, a deposit of 50% is required to begin the project. The remaining balance is due upon completion.
For tattoo appointments, a deposit is required to secure the booking. The deposit will be deducted from the final price.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if rescheduled in advance.
Appointments
Missed or late appointments may result in loss of deposit.
Copyright and Usage
All artistic work remains the intellectual property of Florian Paninski unless otherwise agreed.
Usage rights for commissioned work are granted only after full payment.
Liability
All services are provided with care and professionalism. Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.
Final Provisions
If any provision of these terms is invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
